We work with multifunctional project teams and take care of all activities in terms of sourcing, assortment management and logistics. Together with the customer we offer an optimal mix of own concepts and brands, A-brands, private label and non-branded products.

Each category has its own purchasing team and specialists available. We buy both locally and internationally. With our own purchasing office in the Far East, we can react quickly with our various suppliers.
SHI buys product from all over the world and monitors the quality of the purchased goods through very strict established standards. Before the goods are collected, a quality control takes place by a specially trained quality controller. SHI has quality controllers who carry out the quality control on site in the country of production.
SHI has its own DTP department and product photographer. They provide artwork of our own brands but also design private labels on request. In addition, we unburden our customers by drawing up (customer-specific) POS material. The marketing department works closely with purchasing and sales to realize and present new concepts.
SHI has a team of account managers who are the point of contact for customers. Behind each account manager, there is a team of internal employees to process the wishes of the customer quickly, well and efficiently. The teams bundle specialisms in the field of assortments, communication on the shelf, buying behavior and market developments.

After the shelf plans have been designed digitally, the store design department translates them into live presentations in the store. Our store designers then built the chosen concepts based on the shelf plans. They also take care of the point-of-sale material at the store location.
